Join ERNI as Senior IT Recruiter to actively source IT Talent in the German-speaking region (DACH) and partner with international stakeholders while ensuring a positive candidate experience. Be part of a dynamic, collaborative, and supportive team — at ERNI you're never just a number.
What you will bring
At least 5 years of experience in IT recruiting
University degree in HR, Business, Psychology, or a related field
Strong experience in active sourcing, especially with LinkedIn Recruiter and similar tools
Fluent German and English (C1 level or higher)
Experience in international recruiting is a plus
Willingness to travel occasionally to Switzerland
Structured, proactive, and independent working style
You will be responsible for...
Manage the full recruitment process for IT roles, from briefing to offer
Work closely with hiring managers and stakeholders in an international environment
Actively source IT talent in the German-speaking region (DACH) using LinkedIn Recruiter and other tools
Conduct interviews in German and English
Ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the process
Continuously improve recruiting processes and sourcing strategies
Our working modelWe ask you to be available for key meetings. Need to leave for a doctor's appointment or to pick up your child from school? No problem. We trust you to deliver quality work within your 40-hour workweek.
Our model is hybrid: we usually go to the office 2 days a week, though this depends on the project and team, but we love seeing each other's faces; the best stories always happen in the office!
