Sales Manager Europe

Your mission

As a
Sales Manager Europe
, you will be responsible for
leading business development and sales initiatives
across the European market. Your mission is to expand SATLANTIS' client network, build long-term partnerships, and translate technical excellence into business growth. You'll work under the direction of the
Head of Business Development and Sales
, collaborating with technical teams to align innovation with market opportunities.

Your main responsibilities will include:

- Prepare
effective proposals and presentations
for business development opportunities.
- Analyse
regional markets
to identify, develop, and secure new business opportunities in alignment with company strategies.
- Participate in the
definition and implementation of a comprehensive business plan
to achieve revenue and market footprint targets within the region.
- Based on a deep understanding of
customer missions and requirements
, work with internal technical teams to co-create new solutions and drive product innovation.
- Establish and maintain long-term client relationships
across Europe, ensuring all interactions are reflected in the CRM system and aligned with our strategic goals.

What will set you up for success

- A
Master's degree in Aerospace, Telecommunication Engineering, Business Administration
, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in direct sales or account management
in Europe within Remote Sensing, Aerospace, or a related high-tech industry, with a proven record of revenue success.
- Solid background in
space activities
, including experience with
European and Spanish institutional programs
(ESA, EC, or national agencies).
- Familiarity with
go-to-market strategies
and execution in
B2B and B2G environments
, turning opportunities into long-term partnerships.
- Strong
communication and presentation skills
in English and Spanish; proficiency in
French
will be considered an asset.
- Excellent
client-facing and internal communication skills
, with the ability to align technical and business stakeholders.
- A strong
understanding of technology, sales, and marketing
, enabling you to bridge innovation with business opportunities.
- Experience in
international and multidisciplinary environments
, demonstrating adaptability and cross-cultural collaboration.
- A mindset of
critical thinking and problem-solving
