This is an excellent opportunity for a seasoned, bilingual (Spanish and English) General Manager who excels in high-end, experiential environments and is passionate about leading dynamic teams in remote, unique destinations.

The Role
The General Manager will oversee all daily operations of the resort, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, smooth team performance, and high service standards throughout the year.
They will lead a team of 25–40 staff, managing various departments and driving operational efficiency and team development.
Candidate Requirements
* Fluent in both Spanish and English
* Proven experience in hotel or resort leadership, preferably in remote or international settings
* Hands-on management style with involvement in all areas of operations
* Strong leadership and team development skills to motivate and manage a diverse staff
* Guest-focused with a commitment to high standards
* Willing to relocate and embrace the remote resort lifestyle
