Someone who enjoys identifying growth opportunities, crafting compelling product narratives, and executing campaigns that deliver measurable results.Must-haves:Strong growth mindset with proven experience in product marketing, growth marketing, or product communication rolesExcellent communication and storytelling abilities – capable of translating complex product features into clear, compelling value propositions for different audiencesExperience developing and executing go-to-market strategies for product launches and feature releasesSkilled at managing cross-functional relationships with product, marketing, sales, and customer success teams to drive product adoptionStrong analytical mindset with the ability to track, measure, and optimize growth metrics (user acquisition, activation, retention, etc.)Experience with growth experimentation, A/B testing, and conversion rate optimizationProven ability to create product communication materials including launch campaigns, feature announcements, user guides, and promotional content3+ years of experience in product marketing, growth marketing, or related product communication rolesFluent in Spanish and EnglishComfortable working remotely with distributed teams, although you acknowledge the value of meeting in person at the office from time to timeNice-to-haves:Experience with product-led growth strategies and user onboarding optimizationBackground in real estate platforms, marketplaces, or two-sided platformsExperience with marketing automation tools, CRM systems, and analytics platformsContent creation skills (copywriting, basic design, video) for product communicationsExperience in ideation and development of new products, from concept validation to market launch.Proficiency in Italian, French or Portuguese is a plusWhat you'll do:Develop and execute comprehensive go-to-market strategies for new product launches and feature releasesCreate compelling product communication campaigns that drive awareness, adoption, and engagementCollaborate with product teams to understand feature roadmaps and translate them into growth opportunitiesMonitor and analyze product performance metrics to identify growth levers and optimization opportunitiesWork closely with marketing teams to develop product-focused content, campaigns, and promotional materialsConduct competitive analysis and market research to inform product positioning and communication strategiesManage product communication across multiple channels (email, in-app, website, social media, etc.)Lead cross-functional growth initiatives and experiments to drive key product metricsTrack and report on growth KPIs, providing actionable insights to stakeholdersCollaborate with fellow Product and Marketing team members to ensure consistent messaging across our product suite
