We are looking for a Product Owner / Business Analyst with a strong analytical mindset and hands-on experience in data-driven projects. The ideal candidate has a background in data analysis and a solid understanding of system integrations, capable of translating complex requirements into clear, actionable development plans. You will work closely with cross-functional teams (Data, Engineering, and Business stakeholders) to define priorities, ensure alignment with business goals, and deliver solutions that enable seamless data flow across systems.

Requirements
- Proven experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst (Data Analyst is nice to have) in a technology or data-focused environment
- Strong understanding of data flows, APIs, and integrations between systems
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills - able to process and prioritize large amounts of information
- Technical background or ability to communicate effectively with engineering teams
- Experience with Agile methodologies and tools (e.g., Azure DevOps)
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills in English
Nice to have
- Knowledge of data modeling, ETL processes, or BI tools
- Familiarity with SQL or other data query languages
Responsibilities
- Gather, analyze, and document business and technical requirements
- Define and maintain the product backlog, ensuring clear priorities based on business impact
- Collaborate with technical teams on data integrations, API connections, and system dependencies
- Translate business needs into functional specifications and user stories
- Coordinate with stakeholders to align on roadmap, deliverables, and acceptance criteria
- Support testing and validation of implemented solutions
- Work with large volumes of information to identify patterns, insights, and process improvements
- Facilitate workshops and discussions to ensure shared understanding across teams
- Coordinating another Business Analyst's activities
