Position: SAP SuccessFactors PY Lead
Location: Spain (Remote)

The Payroll Lead will focus on SAP HCM and Employee Central Payroll, providing functional and technical guidance to clients in SuccessFactors design on HCM / HR Payroll. The role includes leading client workshops, solution design, and, when needed, acting as a solution architect. The Lead will manage and mentor other consultants and provide strategic advice on SuccessFactors functional applications.
Responsibilities
* Lead and conduct payroll-related client workshops; prepare and execute workshops.
* Design overall payroll and HCM solutions; perform as a solution architect when required.
* Manage, lead, and mentor other consultants.
* Provide functional and technical advice to clients in SAP SuccessFactors HCM / HR Payroll design.
* Lead client workshops, manage expectations, and communicate progress to senior stakeholders.
* Offer strategic guidance on SuccessFactors functional applications.
Requirements
* Extensive expertise in SAP Payroll with experience in solutioning using the SAP Payroll tool-set.
* +7 years of SAP HCM experience
* Spanish Payroll knowledge
* Strong functional knowledge of HR & Payroll processes for Spain
* Involved in a minimum of 3 End to End Payroll implementations
* Certification in SAP HCM Payroll
Nice to Have
* Experience implementing ECP functionality, replication, PCC, mashups
* Certification in Employee Central / Employee Central Payroll
