About the Role
As Account Manager / Business Development Specialist, you'll be responsible for expanding our market position in Iberia. You'll identify new business opportunities, build long-term customer relationships, and deliver customized commercial solutions within our Consumer Packaging division.
What You'll Do
Develop new business and drive growth in Iberia through frequent customer visits
Build your pipeline and secure allocations
Prepare and deliver compelling commercial proposals and presentations
Independently manage customer contact and project communication
Negotiate terms and conditions
Maintain robust forecasting and account planning systems
Collaborate closely with manufacturing sites and the sales team
What You Bring
Strong commercial drive with proven experience in acquiring and developing new business
Solid negotiation skills
Knowledge of the packaging industry
Excellent communication in Spanish and English
Independent, proactive work ethic with a passion for customer-focused service
Willingness to travel
Network in food & beverage or pharma is a plus
