The Technical & Business Analyst will provide end-to-end analysis and solution design for Digital Asset Management (DAM) solutions within the Sales & Marketing domain, with a strong focus on API-driven integrations across multiple channels and touchpoints.

This role acts as a key bridge between business stakeholders and engineering teams, translating business needs into clear, actionable, and testable technical specifications while ensuring the delivery of high-quality, compliant, and scalable solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner closely with Product Owners to elicit, clarify, and document business and technical requirements, ensuring scope control and stakeholder alignment.
- Own API integration analysis for new and existing connections, including interface specifications and impact assessments.
- Coordinate and execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for major releases;
prepare pilot user groups and consolidate feedback into structured improvement proposals.
- Drive incident triage and root-cause analysis across integrations and touchpoints, ensuring timely resolution and proper documentation in ServiceNow and Confluence.
- Support Agile ceremonies (backlog refinement, sprint planning, reviews) and maintain transparent documentation of changes, decisions, risks, and dependencies.
- Contribute to compliance and architecture documentation (e.G. LeanIX) and support annual checks (EPA, Mitigation) in collaboration with security stakeholders.
- Collaborate with external suppliers and internal teams to ensure API health, stability, and product quality.
Qualifications
Education
- Bachelor’s degree preferred in Computer Science, IT Engineering, Business Informatics, or Mathematics.
- Alternatively, Industrial Engineering or Business Administration.
Languages
- Fluent English (B2–C1) – mandatory
- German is a plus
- Additional languages are an advantage
Technical Knowledge
- Solid understanding of DAM platforms and content distribution architectures.
- Hands-on experience with RESTful APIs, JSON, authentication/authorization patterns, and integration testing.
- Familiarity with Jira or Asana (work management), ServiceNow (incident and demand management), and Confluence (knowledge and decision logging).
- Awareness of security topics and compliance documentation practices.
- Basic knowledge of cloud-native services and CI/CD concepts as applied to integration lifecycles.
Experience
- 3–5 years of experience in Technical or Business Analysis (or similar roles) within Digital Marketing IT environments, ideally with DAM solutions.
- Proven experience coordinating API-based integrations across multiple systems and vendors.
- Strong background in UAT coordination, writing clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and test cases.
Travel Availability
- Willingness to travel internationally (approximately 5%).
