We are seeking a results-driven Europe B2B Sales Manager to lead our sales efforts in the fleet, corporate, and shared mobility sectors. This role requires someone with strong consultative selling skills, a deep understanding of electric vehicle sales dynamics, and the ability to tailor solutions to diverse clients.
The Europe B2B Sales Manager will report directly to the Commercial Director within LIUX's agile and flat organization. Key responsibilities include:
* Develop and execute our B2B sales strategy across key European markets.
* Identify and close commercial deals with fleet, corporate, renting, rental, and shared mobility clients.
* Lead the approach to fleet sales through local distribution partners, defining policies and standards to provide the best solutions to customers.
* Represent LIUX at industry events, presentations, and tenders.
* Track performance and lead customer account planning.
* Lead the strategy for the used car ecosystem for the brand.
The ideal candidate will be commercially driven with a hunter mentality and strong relationship-building skills. Requirements include:
* 3+ years in B2B sales or business development, ideally within mobility, automotive, or fleet sectors.
* Strong understanding of electric vehicle sales dynamics (e.g., charging, fleet costs, incentives).
* Fluent in English; Spanish is a plus.
