We are currently looking for our future Sales Manager for our shopping center portfolio in Madrid, also known as a Leasing Manager in URW terminology.
What will your day-to-day life be like?
Within a team of 8 people, reporting hierarchically to the Senior Leasing Manager, you will be responsible for one of Unibail-Rodamco-Westfield's assets in Spain.
Main responsibilities include:
* Conducting negotiations throughout the entire process, from sourcing to store opening, including renewals, lease terminations, reletting, and development projects.
* Developing privileged partnership relationships with brands by ensuring high-quality services and interactions, cultivating proximity with accounts, and regularly meeting decision-makers and developers.
* Developing and sharing in-depth knowledge of the asset, its main KPIs, competition, and customer profile, along with sector opportunities and challenges.
* Sourcing and identifying new key or high-potential players, creating contacts, and developing relationships.
* Participating in knowledge sharing during the Commercial Action Plan and budget, including sector vision, key concepts or players, brands with high development potential, and formalizing strategic action plans for your asset and the Spanish portfolio.
Position based in Madrid, Spain.

Success factors (soft and hard skills):
Must have:
* A university degree or equivalent.
* At least 3 years of experience in the commercial sector, ideally in distribution or retail.
* Strong sensitivity to brands, excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.
* An entrepreneurial spirit capable of proposing innovative, creative action plans, and convincing stakeholders.
* Ability to handle pressure and thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish.
* Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and reporting tools.
Nice to have:
* Previous experience in retail or real estate leasing/sales roles.
Recruitment stages:

2. Second interview with Helena and Álvaro from the Leasing team (1 hour).
3. Final interview with Raquel, Director of Leasing Spain (1 hour).
