The Security Monitoring Specialist (SMS) is a junior role in a fast-paced collaborative environment.
· Work with Customer Support and Security Engineers.
Monitor security alerts, logs, and events.
· Network and protocol knowledge.
· Security architecture understanding.
· Advanced English and Spanish.
· OS knowledge (Windows, Linux, OSX).
· Scripting (Python, Bash, PowerShell).
· Certifications (Security+, GSEC...).
Full remote role.
· Shift: 00h to 08h.
