As Project Manager you will lead the successful delivery of projects by managing timelines, budgets, and coordination between customers, internal teams, and external suppliers. Ensure seamless implementation, verification, and final delivery while mitigating risks and maintaining strong stakeholder communication.
What You Will DoProject Execution & Delivery
Oversee project-level delivery within the agreed budget and timeline. Define project scope, milestones, and deliverables in collaboration with the Technical Project Leader (TPL) and Operations Leader (OL).
Continuously monitor project progress, ensuring alignment with objectives and reporting status updates.
Identify potential risks and define mitigation strategies, working closely with the Technical Project Leader.
Stakeholder & Supplier Coordination
Act as the primary point of contact for the customer, ensuring smooth data exchange and alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
Coordinate across functional departments, customers, and external suppliers to guarantee efficient implementation and verification of deliverables.
Support supplier selection based on inputs from the Technical Project Leader and Component Engineer.
Resource & Budget Management
Define resource needs and align them with the Development Manager to optimize team efficiency.
Maintain accountability for project budgets, tracking expenditures and ensuring cost-effectiveness.
Implement risk management strategies, proactively addressing challenges before they impact project success.
Mechanical Engineering Degree or equivalent experience in R&D and design
A minimum of 5 years of professional working experience in a similar position
A background in R&D, Manufacturing, Aviation or Automotive Industry
Proficient in English
Desirable Skills
Experience in EV/Battery Industry
Spanish, Italian, German or French language skills
