Job Description:What you´ll do
* Steer the start-up of any project to ensure it is first-time right
* Frame and align project objectives with the project sponsor, stakeholders, and team
* Develop a well-defined scope of work and execution plan that meets business goals
* Develop a realistic project schedule—define, sequence, and estimate the duration of activities
* Manage project stakeholders, ensure effective communication, and liaise with project and technology experts for support and advice
* Organize commissioning and start-up
* Close the project after completing all related activities and arrange project evaluation including lessons learned
* Work in accordance with Henkel project management standards, guidelines, processes, methodologies, and systems
What makes you a good fit
* Engineering background, preferably Mechanical/Process or Electrical/Automation Engineering
* At least 1 year of experience in project engineering of chemical production equipment and installation
* Fluent in English and Spanish
* Good attitude and proactivity to optimize processes and projects in a factory environment
* Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing; familiarity with Microsoft Project (MSP) is preferred
