Global Events & Branding Specialist HQ Spain
Mission :
The Global Events & Branding Specialist is responsible for planning and executing predefined Global and Local events, such as scientific meetings, congresses, and trade shows in which Almirall participates or organizes. The role also includes logistical responsibilities for internal events and larger meetings. This position collaborates closely with the Global Customer Engagement, Medical Affairs, Compliance, Marketing departments, Almiralls Business Units, country affiliates, and external suppliers. Regular interaction with the Leadership team is expected. Key responsibilities include budget management and vendor negotiations.
Tasks and Responsibilities :
* Report to the Global Events & Branding Manager.
* Plan and execute Global and Local Events projects.
* Manage logistics for internal events and meetings.
* Ensure high quality planning, execution, and follow up of all events to enhance customer experience.
* Implement Almirall''s corporate and product brand strategies at events, following global guidelines.
* Manage relationships with speakers and special guests.
* Select vendors and suppliers, manage vendor performance, and collaborate with Procurement.
* Coordinate venue management, catering, stand design, contractors, and equipment hire.
* Serve as contact with medical associations organizing scientific meetings and trade shows.
* Plan event objectives, including sales, leads, and marketing messages, in collaboration with Commercial Operations and Marketing teams.
* Prepare detailed budgets and monitor costs to ensure strict control.
* Continuously evaluate and improve customer experience surrounding events.
* Develop and implement Event Guidelines and turn key Event concepts for Almiralls market companies.
* Report on KPIs related to ROI, lead generation, and traffic.
* Conduct post event evaluations, including surveys, budget analysis, and stakeholder reports.
* Monitor global competitors'' event activities.
Education :
* Degree in Advertising, Communication, or Public Relations.
* Knowledge of digital marketing landscape.
Specific Knowledge :
* Fluent in English and Spanish (spoken and written).
* Additional languages are advantageous.
* Ability to lead projects with multifunctional teams.
Experience :
* Proven success in managing global events, including strategy development and logistics management.
* Experience in an advertising or communication agency is required.
