What will you do?
We are looking for a bold and ambitious Sales Manager for the Italian market to lead and inspire a team of Student Recruitment Specialists. This role focuses on driving team performance, achieving sales targets, and strengthening the company’s presence in a competitive market.
Key Responsibilities
-Achieve and exceed sales targets by maximizing team performance and fostering a culture of accountability, strong work ethic, and continuous development.
-Oversee the Sales Department, leading all initiatives related to recruiting, training, coaching, and managing sales agents.
-Develop and maintain Sales Standard Operating Procedures.
-Collaborate with Marketing and other stakeholders to design and implement promotional strategies for the region.
-Monitor and evaluate sales operations performance using business intelligence tools;
track key KPIs such as lead volume, conversion rates, revenue per sale, refund rates, quality -monitoring, and productivity metrics.
-Provide regular, data-driven performance insights to senior management in alignment with the EU B2C Sales Director.
Who are we looking for?
Qualifications & Skills
-Native-level Italian and strong English;
additional languages are a plus.
-Relevant academic background in Business, Marketing, Management, Education, or related fields.
-Minimum 2 years’ experience managing a B2C or Direct Sales organization.
-Experience in the education sector and/or contact center environments is highly valued.
-Strong technical skills, including Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems (Salesforce preferred).
