What you will do
As an IT Business Analyst, you will be responsible for improving business process understanding to collect and assess user requirements to deliver solutions that meet team and company goals. You will be part of a core project team designing, building, deploying, and maintaining our Oracle Fusion Cloud platform and P2P modules, providing project support for internal and external teams.
How you will do it
As an IT Business Analyst, you will:
* Work with the business to establish future state processes and provide Oracle Cloud P2P expertise to capture support requirements and design solutions.
* Design and deliver Oracle ERP Cloud P2P leading practices through all phases of an ERP Transformation program.
* Drive and influence the delivery of solutions across our Oracle ERP cloud system, focusing on Installation, Service, and Back-office businesses.
* Deliver Oracle Cloud P2P and platform updates as a core team member responsible for design, development, testing, and releases.
* Ensure designs meet functional requirements specified by partners and Business Analysts.
* Support project management activities including tracking and forecasting solution development and delivery.
* Validate data test strategies, plans, test cases, automation, regression, and execution.
What we look for
Are you able to demonstrate the following?
* Hands-on experience with Oracle and Procure-to-Pay processes.
* Understanding of Oracle Cloud P2P capabilities and limitations.
* Ability to communicate effectively between business partners and technical teams.
* Strong knowledge of business processes, especially Procure-to-Pay.
* Experience with system integrations and resolving data discrepancies.
* Excellent problem-solving skills and communication abilities.
