The Role
Reporting to the VP Marketing, you’ll own the global CRM strategy and execution — across the entire lifecycle : from lead nurturing to onboarding, engagement, retention, upsell, and expansion.
This is a key leadership role in our team, requiring both strategic thinking and hands-on execution. You’ll collaborate closely with Marketing, Sales, CX, Product, and RevOps to unlock funnel efficiency and customer value at scale.
* Define and lead Factorial’s global CRM and lifecycle marketing strategy.
* Boost funnel efficiency — from MQL to SQL to Closed-Won.
* Build cross-functional CRM programs across acquisition, onboarding, activation, expansion, and churn prevention.
* Leverage HubSpot and AI tools to build smart, automated journeys.
* Segment intelligently to deliver the right message at the right time.
* Support upsell and cross-sell initiatives with Product and Sales.
* Define CRM KPIs, track performance, and report on business impact.
* Lead and grow a team of CRM Lifecycle specialists.
* Proven experience in CRM, lifecycle marketing, or marketing automation — ideally in B2B SaaS.
* Strong hands-on experience with HubSpot.
* Familiar with ABM (Account Based Marketing), intent data, and persona-driven strategies.
* Solid knowledge of AI tools for CRM (predictive scoring, content personalization, etc.).
* A great communicator and collaborator across departments.
* Strategic thinker with strong project and team leadership skills.

* Fluent in English. Bonus : Spanish, Portuguese, Italian, German or French.
