Persán is a multinational home‑care and personal‑care production company dedicated to creating clean, sustainable products worldwide. We are looking for a motivated student to support the packaging process, detect improvements, and produce technical documentation while learning how operations are controlled and optimised in the factory.
Responsibilities
Follow incidents and collect process data.
Implement simple improvement actions under supervision.
Report area KPIs.
Collaborate with R&D;, Engineering and Quality on tests.
Create documentation for training and operational support.
Minimum Requirements
Student in Chemical/Industrial Engineering or a related field.
English at least B1 level (desirable).
Basic Excel skills and interest in production processes.
Proactive, organised and able to work with data.
