Senior Pre-Sales Consultant - IberoAmerica (Based in Spain)
What You’ll Do
We're seeking a Senior Pre-Sales Consultant who combines business acumen with technical depth to help customers understand the value of our advanced risk-decisioning platform. You'll act as a trusted advisor – shaping solutions, leading discovery sessions, and demonstrating how our technology solves real-world challenges. In this senior role, you'll become a go-to expert internally and externally, influencing outcomes across the entire sales cycle.
Key Responsibilities
* External Focus:
o Conduct discovery sessions to identify customer needs, pain points, and business objectives.
o Deliver compelling, story-driven demonstrations and presentations tailored to each client's challenges.
o Articulate business value and ROI clearly and confidently.
o Support sales engagements through Q&A sessions, workshops, and RFP responses.
o Own the business and technical content of proposals, coordinating input from internal subject‑matter experts.
o Build and nurture strong technical relationships with customer stakeholders.
* Internal Focus:
o Collaborate closely with sales, product, and delivery teams to shape solutions and manage customer expectations.
o Document key discovery insights and proposed solutions to ensure a seamless handover to implementation teams.
o Share best practices and contribute to internal enablement sessions, demos, and ongoing training.
o Provide product feedback based on customer interactions to help guide roadmap priorities.
What You’ll Bring
* 5+ years' experience in pre‑sales, consulting, or solution roles within a software vendor or technology consultancy.
* 3+ years' experience in the financial services sector, ideally with exposure to decisioning, credit risk, AI/machine learning, fraud prevention, or analytics.
* Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field.
* Exceptional storytelling and presentation skills with intellectual curiosity and confidence.
* Proven ability to build trusted relationships with multiple internal and external stakeholders.
* Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail.
* Familiarity with enterprise technology, data integration, or basic programming concepts is advantageous.
* Experience working on or alongside software implementation projects is a plus.
* Fluency in Spanish and English is required; Portuguese is desirable.
