Your role
As Housekeeping Manager, you will lead the housekeeping operations, ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness, presentation, and comfort across all areas of the property. You will play a key role in creating a serene and welcoming environment aligned with the Nômade experience.
What you will do
- Oversee daily housekeeping operations across rooms and public areas
- Lead, train, and motivate the housekeeping team to maintain exceptional standards
- Ensure cleanliness, organization, and presentation meet brand expectations
- Conduct regular inspections and quality checks
- Manage schedules, staffing, and productivity levels
- Handle guest requests and special requirements with care and efficiency
- Coordinate with maintenance and other departments for smooth operations
- Monitor inventory, linen, and housekeeping supplies
- Ensure compliance with hygiene, health, and safety standards
- Coordinate and supervise housekeeping operations in collaboration with an external service provider
- Support continuous improvement of procedures and service quality
Who we’re looking for
- Experienced housekeeping professional in hotels or hospitality environments
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Detail-oriented with a passion for cleanliness and presentation
- Well-organized with strong planning abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Proactive and solution-oriented mindset
Requirements
- Proven experience as Housekeeping Manager or Director in 5★ hotels or luxury hospitality environments
- Strong knowledge of housekeeping operations, standards, and procedures
- Experience managing teams, schedules, and departmental budgets
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills
- Strong understanding of hygiene, safety, and quality standards
- Fluent communication in Spanish (English is a plus)
- Valid EU / Ibiza work permit
