My client is seeking a results-driven Affiliate Marketing Manager to lead and grow our affiliate partnerships from scratch.
You will play a key role in building our affiliate strategy, onboarding high-performing partners, and optimising ROI through data, relationships, and market insight.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and execute the affiliate marketing strategy across LATAM markets
* Identify, recruit, and manage affiliate partners across relevant verticals (casino, sportsbook, crypto-focused affiliates).
* Negotiate competitive commission models and track affiliate performance using KPIs.
* Monitor daily activity, analyse campaign performance, and optimise to ensure maximum ROI.
* Collaborate with CRM, SEO, Content, and Paid Media teams to ensure unified acquisition and retention strategies.
* Stay on top of regulatory requirements in LATAM jurisdictions and ensure affiliate operations remain compliant.
* Represent at affiliate and industry networking events, both online and in-person.
* Report performance metrics and insights to the Head of Marketing and C-level stakeholders.
Requirements
* 3+ years of experience in Affiliate Marketing within the iGaming industry (sportsbook and/or casino).
* Solid network of affiliate contacts across LATAM markets.
* Understanding of LATAM market trends, regulations, and user behaviours.
* Analytical and data-driven, with experience using affiliate platforms and tracking tools
* Excellent negotiation and communication skills in Spanish and English.
* Ability to thrive in a startup environment, hands-on, proactive, and adaptable.
Bonus Points
* Experience with crypto-based affiliate campaigns.
* Understanding of compliance and grey/regulated LATAM markets.
* Familiarity with influencer/streamer marketing as an acquisition channel.
