We are looking for a pastry chef in the kitchen for Best Hotels.

What We Look For In You:

1. Experience and Knowledge: Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position in high-volume hotels or restaurants.
2. Training in Pastry and Confectionery: Specific studies in pastry making or equivalent training.
3. Creativity and Precision: Passion for baking, attention to detail, and creativity in dessert presentation.
4. Organization and Work Under Pressure: Ability to manage time, resources and maintain quality under high demand.
5. Knowledge of Health Regulations: Compliance with hygiene and food safety standards.
6. Flexible Hours: Availability to work different shifts, including weekends and holidays.


What Will You Do in This Role?

1. Dessert and Pastry Preparation: Prepare a wide variety of desserts, cakes, and pastry products.
2. Supervision and Coordination: Organize and coordinate the production of the pastry section.
3. Guarantee Quality: Maintain high quality standards in flavor, texture, and presentation of products.
4. Stock Management: Inventory control, supply and waste minimization.
5. Innovation and Development: Collaborate in the creation of new recipes and gastronomic proposals.
6. Supervision of Health Regulations: Ensure compliance with hygiene and food safety standards.
7. Teamwork: Coordinate with the rest of the kitchen departments and support different sections when necessary.
