Role Description We're looking for an Operations Associate to join at a pivotal moment. As the founding team focuses on product development and business development, you will own the operational and financial backbone of the company, from cash flow forecasting to regulatory coordination to executive correspondence. This is not a support role. You will be expected to identify problems, propose solutions, and execute independently. If your default mode is waiting to be told what to do, this is not the right fit. Your responsibilities: Own financial planning and monitoring: cash flow forecasts, P&L tracking, burn rate reporting, coordination with external accounting and financial advisors (ENISA reporting, Neotec, banking relationships) Manage administrative and legal workflows: contracts, compliance documentation, coordination with legal counsel, regulatory filings Draft executive-level correspondence, proposals, and reports in Spanish and English Support commercial operations: conference logistics, investor materials, partner coordination Proactively flag risks and bring structured proposals to the founding team What we need from you: Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Law, or equivalent 2–4 years of experience in a startup, consultancy, venture-backed company, or similarly demanding environment Full professional proficiency in Spanish and English — written and spoken Demonstrated ability to work with high autonomy and take ownership of outcomes Strong command of financial modelling and document management Valued: Experience in healthtech, biotech, or regulated industries Familiarity with public funding instruments (ENISA, Neotec, European grants) Exposure to legal and regulatory coordination in a startup context Experience supporting a founder or C-suite directly What we offer: €22.000–€26.000 gross annual salary, indefinite contract Real responsibility from day one in a company building category-defining technology Direct collaboration with the founding team Madrid-based, hybrid flexibility Application process We review applications within 72 hours.
