As the Logistics and Warehousing Coordinator, you will be responsible for supporting warehouse operations and physical logistics in the Southern European Region (SE). You will oversee logistics operation control and project execution, working closely with third-party logistics providers (3PLs) and all areas in the SE region to ensure safety, service, and cost efficiency.
Additionally, as a Cost Transformation Coordinator, you will serve as the link between UK, Northern Europe, and Southern European Cost Transformation teams, driving best practices across UK & Western Europe. You will support the SE Logistics & Distribution organization in the journey towards Standardization, Simplification & Collaboration, and assist the SE Logistics & Distribution Lead and Operations Manager on relevant regional projects.
You will report to the Logistics & Distribution Manager for Southern Europe and will be an individual contributor (no direct reports).
Location: The role is based at Salamanca Mill Site, where the warehouse is located.
Key Accountabilities
1. Serve as the central reporting coordinator for SE, acting as the main contact for Product Development and PCP management.
2. Manage local quality issues related to product and transport.
3. Support the central logistics team as needed, including Retailer Brand initiatives.
4. Coordinate with local Business Analysts and Commercial teams regarding distribution cost changes (liaising with Controller, Supply Chain Analyst, and Customer Logistics Manager).
5. Oversee inventory control, including stock analysis, stock movements, and annual stock counts.
6. Handle transport issues, customer logistics requests, maintenance, inspection activities, and local quality concerns.
7. Manage legal documentation related to logistics operations.
8. Maintain productivity and logistics KPI trackers, including cost control and procedure compliance.

To succeed in this role, you will need the following qualifications:
* Previous experience in Logistics Operations or Supply Chain
* Strong experience with SAP and Excel, high analytical skills
* Familiarity with customer service, knowledge, and relationships
* Fluent in English and Spanish; Italian is an advantage
* Ability to respond quickly to changing priorities
* Continuous Improvement mindset
