Responsibilities Ensure steady progress for delivery orders of client portfolio and establish sales forecasts while ensuring client satisfaction.
Manage treatment of delivery orders from reception (EDI, manual, website) up to client delivery.
Inform Materials Supply and Planning of stock and order anomalies.
Update and store client portfolio; receive client demands and anticipate demands to create sales plan.
Manage indicators linked to function (tables for service rating, client satisfaction questionnaire).
Guarantee meeting deadlines for client deliveries.
Ensure accuracy of sales plan for client portfolio and safety stock management.
Participate in stock inventories.
Manage customer returnable packaging, export management, and customer logistic incidents and complaints.
Qualifications Levels 2 years minimum experience in similar position, preferably in industrial environment.
Ability to speak one foreign language is essential; French/German considered.
Good company representative, effective communicator, autonomous, initiative, analytical, can deal with stress, good telephone manner.
Knowledge of office software platforms is essential.
Technical knowledge: computer management systems, transport management, SAP supply-chain.
Must apply all AKWEL Management System procedures and operating instructions within framework of operations linked to his job and rules defined by the Group.
Agrees to act in accordance with ethical rules of the Group.
