We're Hiring: Church & Dwight Customer Service Representative - French & English

About the Role
As a Customer Service Agent, you will be the first point of contact for customers, ensuring their questions are answered and issues resolved efficiently. You'll be representing Church & Dwight dedicated to healthcare and personal care products.
Your Mission
* Customer Advocate: Ensure our clients needs and concerns are addressed effectively and efficiently.
* Product Expert: Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products and services to provide accurate and insightful information to customers.
* Omnichannel Specialist: Deliver exceptional customer support across all channels (Phone and Email).
* Problem Solver: Analyse customer issues, identify root causes and proactively offer personalized solutions.
* Brand Ambassador: Authentically represent the brand and its values in every interaction, fostering positive customer relationships.
What We're Looking For
* Fluency in both French and English.
* A passion for helping customers and a customer centric approach.
* Ability to deal with sensitive calls with empathy and understanding.
* Strong administrative skills with a keen eye for details.
* A strong professional and proactive approach to problem solving.
What We Offer
* Start Date: ASAP.
* Contract: Temporary (3 months with 1 month of probation).
* Full-Time: 39 hours per week.
* Working Hours: Monday to Friday from 9hs to 18hs.
* Salary: €18,900 gross per year.
* Working Model: Hybrid - 6 days per month in the office.
* Training: 5 days Full-Time. Monday to Friday 9:00 to 18:00.
* Office Location: Barcelona (Eixample).
