Your Role
As Plant Controller, you will be the financial reference for the plant, supporting strategic decisions and driving performance. Your key responsibilities include:
1. Monthly closing, expense control, and variance analysis
2. Budgeting, forecasting, and profitability tracking
3. Cost analysis (materials, manufacturing, transportation, production, and efficiency KPIs)
4. Working capital, inventory, and Capex control
5. Corporate reporting (US GAAP and Corporate KPIs)
6. Ad hoc financial insights and recommendations
What We're Looking For
* Degree in Finance, Business Engineering, or similar
* 10 years of experience in FP&A and controlling
* Industrial/manufacturing background
* Advanced Excel and SAP skills
* Fluent in Spanish and professional English (B2)
* Analytical, proactive, and detail-oriented mindset
