Full-Time Commercial Assistant – International Pharmaceutical & Food Market Focus
We are looking for a proactive and dynamic Commercial Assistant to become a key member of our expanding international team. This full-time position offers the potential to evolve into a more client-facing role, including on-site visits and direct commercial negotiations.
Location:
Viladecavalls, Barcelona
Schedule:
Full-time. On-site presence is mandatory.
Travel Requirements: Mandatory
– must be available for both domestic and international travel.
Languages:
Proficiency in English (both spoken and written) is mandatory. Knowledge of French, Arabic, Italian, or other languages is highly valued.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead identification and prospecting.
* Preparation of quotations based on client-specific needs (URS) through our SAP system.
* Follow-up on quotations via phone calls, Teams, and other communication channels.
* Coordination of meetings with leads and clients.
* Participation in commercial and technical meetings with clients.
* Search and recruitment of new commercial representatives and partners.
* Updating and maintaining the commercial opportunities tracking dashboard.
* Coordination of business trip agendas (flights, visas, accommodation, etc.).
* Organization of client and representative visits to the local office (agendas, accommodation, transportation, etc.).
