Food industry multinational company. Responsibilities
Be the leader of a diversity of projects: development of innovations and renovations, portfolio management, etc. From the consumer-need detection until the P&L; management and presence in shelves. In collaboration with the other departments of the company: R&D;, Sales, Supply, Finances, Local and Global Marketing teams, etc. Be the leader of disruptive activations / communications: 360º activations focused on product and/or brand; by leading it from brief to final delivery and follow-up; by tackling all the stages of the marketing funnel; by creating media assets and developing the full media plan (strategy, channels, etc); by managing the good collaboration with and between agencies to reach best-in-class activations. Be the responsible of the brand's budget (allocations, follow-up, etc), reports (local and Global) and brand analysis. Actively take part in brand's plans: brand vision, strategy, roadmaps… Have great visibility and be able to present in different forums, to Senior management, Local and Integral teams. Be able to develop your people-management skills, by coaching a trainee. Qualifications
At least 4 years of experience as Product / Brand Manager in FMCG Fluency in English is a must Benefits
