We are seeking a Finance Trainee at our Fuenlabrada plant. You will join our finance team for a professional internship, aiming to learn, develop professionally, and contribute your knowledge.
Mission:
* Be a team member of the management control team at the site level.
* Contribute to the construction of daily indicators.
* Support internal control testing and action plan implementation.
* Assist in ensuring the reliability and timeliness of group reporting.
* Facilitate communication between the controlling team and operations.
Responsibilities:
* Update and control daily indicators for operational management.
* Assist in reporting financial indicators.
* Validate overhead costs for plant requirements.
* Conduct inventory gap analysis and validation.
* Prepare and follow up on Back on Track actions with operational teams.
* Contribute to budget and 5-year business plan processes.
* Develop or implement standard management control tools, both within and outside SAP.
* Ensure compliance and internal control testing, and implement improvement action plans.
* Ensure accounting is based on IFRS/local rules and assist in external audit preparation.
Education:
* Degree in Control Management, Finance, or Audit from a top business school or MBA.
* Knowledge of ERP systems, preferably SAP.
* High proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
* Excellent written and oral English skills.
* Proven strong analytical skills.
Conditions:
Monday to Thursday, 8:30 am - 5:30 pm; Friday, 8:30 am - 3:30 pm. Canteen service included.
