Watch out for this offer: Acttiv is looking for a miniclub responsible to join our entertainment teams in Fuerteventura, Gran Canaria, Tenerife, or Lanzarote. If you’re a bit of a Mary Poppins, capable of leading a team and creating unforgettable holidays for children, read on!
Responsibilities of a Miniclub Responsible at Acttiv:
* Setting up the mini-club activity programme: arts and crafts, gymkhanas, pool activities, balloon games, etc.
* Reporting all activities of the mini-club to Acttiv
* Organising the schedules of the children’s entertainers and maintaining order in the mini-club
* Being aware of your team’s entertainers' needs
* Attending and receiving training provided by the company
* Training and evaluating your team
* Obtaining positive reviews to enhance the online reputation of the establishment
While you will be in charge, expect to participate in activities like dancing at the mini-disco, face painting, and performing during shows. You will also interact with guests from around the world, explaining the day’s activities and reassuring parents that their children are in safe hands.
You will be supported at all times by the entertainments manager and the area coordinator, who will guide and advise you to ensure activities meet the quality standards of both the hotel and Acttiv.
What are we asking for? Skills
We don’t require you to know all Dora the Explorer songs, but we do need you to have:
* At least one season of experience as a miniclub leader or three seasons as an entertainer in a miniclub
* Excellent Spanish and English skills; knowledge of German, French, Polish, or Dutch is a plus
* Education related to tourist entertainment or teaching is valued but not essential
* Proficiency in office tools like Excel, Word, or PowerPoint
* Availability for at least 6 months from your start date
