Overview
This worldwide manufacturing business, with over 20 billion in revenue, is expanding its corporate audit function and is looking for an experienced senior level auditor to focus on both leading and undertaking corporate audit missions across the group’s global operations. The role is based in the corporate centre in the Netherlands with around 25% travel worldwide, mostly across Europe, Asia and the Americas.
Responsibilities
* Lead and undertake audits with assistance from team members and guest auditors, executing operational audits, financial reviews and internal controls assessments across diverse commercial activities worldwide.
* Effectively communicate audit conclusions in writing and orally to local management and follow up on reported findings, overseeing audits as required.
* Undertake special tasks such as investigations, post‑acquisition reviews and special consulting projects.
Qualifications
* Circa 4–6 years of experience gained either working in a large audit firm equivalent to a Big4 or within internal audit.
* High fluency in English and experience working or living in different international environments.
Career Path
After this role, you are expected to develop further within the integral audit function or have the possibility to move into a senior level finance or operational role within one of the group’s many subsidiaries.
