02 January 2026DescriptionDoyouhaveprofessionalexperienceinthefieldofgastronomyand/ornutritionandhealth?Wouldyouliketocollaborateoccasionallybydeliveringclassesand workshopsaimedatpeopleinterestedingastronomyand/orhealthyeating?Keepreading!AtBasqueCulinaryCenter (BCC)andGastronomyOpenEcosystem(GOe),wearelookingforprofessionalsfromthegastronomicfieldand/orthenutritionandhealthsectortojoinatalentpoolaimedatcoveringoccasionalteachingneedsacrossourdifferentlocations.Weareseekingprofilessuchas chefscapableofdeliveringcoursesfornon-professionalaudiences, chefswithknowledgeofhealthyeating, aswellasnutritionistsorotherhealthprofessionalswithanaffinityforcooking.Itisnotessentialforallcompetenciestobeheldbyasingleperson.Yourmissionistodesign,develop, anddelivercourses,classes, andpracticalworkshopsoncookingandnutrition,aimedat diverseaudiences(bothadultsandchildren), ineducational,outreach, andexperientialcontexts.Yourday-to-dayresponsibilitieswillinclude:- Organisingandplanningthedevelopmentofclassesand workshops incollaborationwiththecookingandnutritionareacoordinator.- Deliveringcoursesand workshopsrelatedtohealthyeating,cookingadaptedtodifferentnutritionalneeds, andhealthylifestylehabits.- Addressingandresolvingparticipants’questionsfromaculinaryand/ornutritionalperspective,dependingonyourprofessionalprofile.- Contributingtothecreationofahigh-qualitylearningexperiencealignedwiththevaluesofBCC andGOe.RequirementsDoyouidentifywithanyofthefollowingcharacteristics?- Professionalexperienceingastronomy(cooking,hospitality,culinarytraining) and/orinnutrition,dietetics,orhealth-relatedfields.- Experiencedeliveringtraining (formalornon-formal).- Solidknowledgeofhealthycooking,adaptedculinarytechniques,orthefundamentalsofnutritionandhealth.- Strongsocialskillsandtheabilitytoconnectwithbothadultandchildaudiences.- Proficiencyin officetools.- Availabilityforoccasionalcollaborationaccordingtoprojectneeds.Youwillstandoutifyou:- Holdahighereducationor Bachelor´s Degreein HumanNutritionandDietetics,Gastronomy,HealthSciences,orrelatedfields.- Haveknowledgeofspecialdiets,adaptedcooking,healthycookingtechniques,orspecificproducts.- HaveahighlevelofBasqueand English (C1).- Standoutforyourorganisationalandplanningskills.WhatcanyouexpectfromBCC andGOe?- Tobepartofatalentpoolforoccasionalcollaborations.- Tojoincontinuouslygrowing, innovativeprojectswithastrongeducationalvocation.- Toworkin amultidisciplinary, multicultural, and inclusiveenvironmentwitha globalvisionofgastronomy,nutrition, andhealth.- Tobeanactivepartofateamthatvaluesa positiveworkenvironmentandthewell-beingofitspeople.If you want to register for the job offer, please attach your CV (PDF or Word), which should include your contact information so that we can get in touch with you.#J-18808-Ljbffr
