Experteer Overview In this role you drive the IT backbone for manufacturing, leading a technical team responsible for MES/EBR, serialization, and other industrial systems. You will align plant operations with IT and global Industrial Services, shaping digitalization and Industry 4.0 initiatives. The position focuses on regulatory compliance, data integrity, and reliable production IT services. You will work across engineering, operations, and quality to deliver impactful projects and improvements.Compensaciones / Beneficios
- Act as IT point of contact for manufacturing, engineering, and industrial automation teams to align plant operations with IT
- Govern and manage lifecycle of plant manufacturing applications (MES/EBR, serialization, printing, other industrial systems)
- Assess and implement digitalization initiatives in manufacturing, supporting Industry 4.0 and data-driven operations
- Coordinate requirements gathering with process engineers, production supervisors, quality teams, and automation specialists
- Ensure reliability, stability, and continuous improvement of manufacturing applications, including user support, incidents, and change requests
- Lead, coordinate and develop the team, prioritizing work and ensuring timely delivery of projects and support activities
- Promote best practices in documentation, configuration management, validation, and lifecycle processes for industrial applicationsResponsabilidades
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Industrial, Industrial Computer Science, Telecommunications), Biotechnology, or similar technical field
- 4+ years of experience with manufacturing IT/OT systems in regulated environments
- Solid knowledge of MES/EBR, weigh & dispense, serialization, printing, and related manufacturing apps
- Understanding of industrial processes and digital-physical interactions in manufacturing lines
- Experience with industrial communication technologies (OPC/OPC UA, MQTT) and with automation stakeholders
- Proven ability to collaborate with senior stakeholders and multidisciplinary teams
- Strong analytical skills to interpret data and logs, identify trends, and propose improvements
- Experience with validation of computerized systems and regulatory compliance (GxP, Annex 11, 21 CFR Part 11)
- Familiarity with Industry 4.0, IIoT, and smart factory concepts
- Effective communication to translate technical concepts to non-IT stakeholders
- Experience with agile methodologies and project management tools
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced environments
