Scope of responsibility Translate corporate targets (EBIT, RONA, ESG) into regional execution plans Build an integrated, end-to-end value chain across all sites Drive shift from site-based to unified regional operating model Lead footprint optimisation, site specialisation, and automation strategy Own regional CapEx roadmap for long-term competitiveness Operational Excellence Deliver TPM, OEE, and bottleneck improvement across plants Standardise operations into a single European model Lead Industry 4.0 adoption (AI predictive maintenance, robotics, automation) Supply Chain & Cost Optimisation Implement centralised planning across supply chain and production Reduce logistics inefficiencies and inventory costs Desired Profile Master's Degree in Engineering or a related technical field + MBA is preferable. A leader who can build and coach plant manager across the various sites.
