Marketing Intelligence Lead – Nutreco
We are seeking a seasoned Marketing Intelligence Lead to support strategy development across marketing, sales, portfolio, innovation and go-to-market for Iberia.
Responsibilities
- Lead the development and implementation of Marketing Intelligence processes for Iberia.
- Analyse complex internal and external data and translate it into clear, actionable recommendations.
- Design and lead market research and customer insight projects.
- Develop and maintain market, customer and competitor models, including market potential, share, segmentation and growth projections.
- Support strategic business initiatives, product launches and portfolio decisions with robust market intelligence.
- Collaborate with Business Intelligence, CRM, Finance and Commercial teams to connect data into reliable dashboards and decision‑making tools.
- Identify and evaluate relevant external data sources for credibility and business value.
- Explore practical AI use cases: market signal monitoring, competitive intelligence, automated newsletters and reporting automation.
Qualifications
- At least 10 years of experience in marketing intelligence, market research, customer insights, competitive intelligence, strategy or marketing analytics.
- Strong knowledge of market research, competitive intelligence and data visualisation tools, including Excel and PowerBI.
- Experience transforming complex data and research into clear business recommendations.
- Ability to work with multiple data sources: market data, CRM, sales data, customer data and external industry sources.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management and influencing skills.
- Analytical mindset with a strong ability to identify business risks and opportunities.
- Native Spanish and fluent English.
- Preferred: experience in agriculture, animal nutrition, animal health, food value chain, life sciences or complex B2B sectors.
- Experience designing and leading segmentation, customer journey, pricing, VoC, product launch or portfolio assessment projects.
- Interest or experience in AI‑enabled insights and reporting automation.
- Master’s degree in business administration, marketing, research, analytics or a related field.
