The role:
The Partner Success Manager plays a key role in Spoki’s partner network. This is not just about maintaining existing relationships; it’s about having a clear overview, understanding partners’ strategic needs, and turning them into concrete actions. You will be the main point of contact, support platform adoption, and contribute to initiatives for shared growth.
What you will do:
Proactively manage your assigned partner portfolio, ensuring strong and lasting relationships.
Plan and conduct onboarding and training sessions, guiding partners toward optimal use of the Spoki platform.
Monitor partner performance continuously, identifying growth opportunities, potential issues, and developing actionable improvement plans.
Collaborate with internal teams (sales, marketing, product) to align strategies and maximize co-selling and joint growth opportunities.
Provide operational, consultative, and strategic support to help partners solve problems and optimize processes.
Keep partners updated on new platform features, best practices, and Spoki initiatives.
Participate in the development and implementation of programs and tools to improve the partner experience and foster mutual growth.
Collect feedback from partners and share it with the product team to contribute to platform evolution.
Requirements:
Fluent in Italian and English (spoken and written).
