Responsibilities & Duties (80%)Identify and visit target consultants, architects, main contractors, and installers to identify projects. Support them in designing projects with Panasonic solutions.Ensure customer satisfaction by coordinating with internal and external partners.Follow up on projects using Salesforce and maintain the project pipeline regularly.Support installers and consultants with training on products and software related to the product category.Provide market feedback to Product Managers to inform strategy, tactics, and future product development. Suggest measures to achieve company goals.Build strong relationships with specifiers, design offices, and installers to increase project business.Coordinate with internal teams to monitor project installation from sales to commissioning, minimizing risks and ensuring customer success.Document project pipeline and progress in relevant systems.Qualification & ExperienceRelevant university degree or equivalent practical experience.3-5 years of relevant experience.Experience in B2B business development is beneficial.Knowledge & SkillsStrong understanding of relevant processes, technologies, and products.Proficient in planning, analytical, and conceptual techniques.Knowledge of legislation and regulations affecting the business.Excellent communication and negotiation skills.Other Specific RequirementsWillingness to travel.Strong interpersonal skills.Ability to work under stress.General Responsibilities (20%)Ensure cost-effectiveness in contracts and purchasing.Improve efficiency and automation within the department.Adhere to Panasonic’s policies, processes, and procedures.Participate in corporate initiatives like CSR, anti-bribery, and competition law.Engage in benchmarking activities.Handle general administration tasks.Undertake projects within skill set.Attend required training and business trips.Maintain safety standards and report breaches.
