We are currently seeking an experienced Area Manager to lead and expand the University Education Division across English-speaking markets in Europe, the Middle East, and Africa (EMEA).
The successful candidate will act as a regional ambassador for Grupo Planeta’s academic institutions, ensuring alignment with the Group’s general strategy and quality standards.
Lead and execute the market consolidation and expansion strategy for the University Education Division across EMEA.
Develop, manage, and strengthen a high-performing network of educational agents, associations, and strategic partners.
Define and implement commercial, recruitment, and administrative strategies to drive student enrollment and institutional growth.
Oversee school leads and ensure operational processes comply with Grupo Planeta’s academic, commercial, and quality standards.
Conduct continuous market intelligence and competitive analysis to identify new opportunities, risks, and growth levers.
Strong hybrid profile combining commercial acumen, administrative rigor, and strategic thinking.
Entrepreneurial, competitive, and results-driven mindset, with the ability to deliver short-term impact while building long-term value.
Fluency in English is mandatory ;
Spanish is a strong plus.
