Responsibilities & Qualifications
* University degree in Relaciones Laborales, Recursos Humanos, Psicología, Derecho or a related field;
postgraduate study in HR is valued.
* Minimum 3-5 years of experience in generalist HR roles, preferably in the hotel or service industry.
* Strong knowledge of Spanish labour legislation, personnel administration and labour relations.
* Experience coordinating teams or managing staff.
* Ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders and work in dual‑report (hotel / corporate) environments.
* Proficiency with office tools and HR management systems.
* Intermediate level in English (valued).
* Problem‑solving skills and pro‑initiative attitude.
