We are seeking a proactive and analytical
Talent Acquisition Specialist
to join our international Talent Acquisition team for our new venture in
Alicante, Spain. This role offers the opportunity to
recruit top talent in IT, R&D, Cybersecurity, and more,
while working in a dynamic and collaborative environment that values innovation, quality, and adaptability.Location:
Alicante – Madrid. Initially, you will work remotely with regular travel to Madrid during the onboarding period. helping us establish our new Alicante office, managing complex recruitment processes while working with stakeholders across different countries. Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including hiring managers and HR teams, to align on recruitment needs and strategies.
Collaborate on international, cross-functional HR projects to enhance recruitment processes and employer branding.
Leverage technology and data-driven approaches to identify and attract top IT talent in a competitive market.
Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to better assess candidate skills and align with market demands.
RequirementsA minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a similar position, demonstrating the ability to work autonomously or with minimal supervision.
High proficiency in English (C1–C2).
Experience in recruiting corporate profiles, preferably with a specialization in Tech. International recruitment experience would be a plus.
Requires travel to Madrid approximately 50% of the time during the onboarding period (6 months approx.), with potential to maintain at least 25% travel in the long term.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and experience working with data, including analysis and reporting.
Skills considered a plusExperience with HR platforms such as Workday or Phenom.
Experience in recruitment for Cybersecurity, R&D, or other technology fields.
