About Your New Role
As the main link between our clients and the technology team, the
Client Success Manager
will facilitate communication, provide client support, and resolve issues when they are not complex, escalating them to the technology team if necessary. The selected candidate must be able to "translate" client language into technical language for developers and vice versa.
Client Relations:
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Act as the primary point of contact with the client during project execution, addressing their needs as they arise.
Project Management:
- Manage projects, taking ownership from approval to final delivery.
- Interact and coordinate with different departments to ensure proper project execution.
Technical Knowledge:
- Learn about our tracking technology at the database, platform, and other levels to provide appropriate responses to clients without always needing to involve the development team.
- Knowledge of programming in any language (R, Python, SQL, etc.) and willingness to improve programming skills is a plus.
What You Will Bring To The Team
- Knowledge and interest in Project Management, preferably in the Market Research sector.
- Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal. Spanish is desirable but not mandatory.
- Good teamwork and management skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Detail-oriented and perfection-driven.
