**Main responsibilities** 
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to conceptualize, develop, and execute comprehensive marketing strategies across diverse business segments. 
- Utilize strong analytical skills to forecast, plan, and coordinate campaigns while maintaining a sharp focus on achieving desired results. 
- Engage closely with local teams to gain deep insights into market needs, preferences, and nuances, ensuring that campaigns resonate effectively. 
- Oversee, coordinate, and meticulously review campaign requests submitted by various stakeholders, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives. 
- Foster strong relationships with 3rd party agencies and local teams to facilitate the development of necessary content and assets. 
- Manage client expectations by effectively communicating project timelines, deliverables, and budget considerations. 
- Provide regular updates on project progress and adhere to estimated timelines, effectively managing multiple responsibilities simultaneously. 
- Produce comprehensive project reports that highlight campaign insights and lessons learned, contributing to ongoing improvement. 
- Report directly to the Senior Management team, providing key insights and updates on campaign performance and delivery. 
**Skills, experience and qualifications required** 
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Marketing, Business, or a related field. 
- Proven experience of 2-3 years in a similar position, demonstrating a successful track record in campaign coordination and delivery. 
- Strong analytical acumen, with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make informed decisions to optimize campaign effectiveness. 
- Methodical approach to project management, capable of handling multiple responsibilities and meeting tight deadlines while ensuring efficient productivity. 
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners. 
- Business spoken English is mandatory for effective communication in international settings. 
- Strong organizational skills, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to maintain focus on both strategic and tactical aspects of campaigns. 
- Adept at liaising with 3rd party agencies, local teams, and stakeholders to ensure seamless content development and campaign execution. 
- Proven ability to manage client expectations and provide transparent updates on project progress. 
- Proficient in producing comprehensive project reports that distill campaign learnings and insights for continuous improvement.
