**The Role**:
Oxfam International Secretariat is looking for Deputy ACE Director/Head of Brand and Communications Lead the co-creation, organisation and delivery of a vision and strategic planning for effective external and internal communications and brand management, based on priorities for the confederation, audience insights and the influencing and engagement agenda

- Proven track record of leading and delivering successful global brand and communications
- Understanding of relevant trends and developments in the areas of communications and brand, and in the INGO sector o Experience with tracking and reporting communications performance indicators.

- Must be willing to work unsocial hours on occasion
- Willingness and ability to travel for work o Affinity with the aims and purposes of Oxfam Desirable
- Knowledge of general digital techniques, analytics, trends and challenges.
- Knowledge of content marketing techniques, analytics, trends and challenges
- Languages: Spanish, French and Arabic are desirable
