About the RoleWe are looking for a hands-on Field Service Engineer to support installation, commissioning, and after-sales service of power equipment across Spain and nearby regions. This role is highly field-based and requires regular travel to customer sites.Key ResponsibilitiesPerform on-site installation, testing, commissioning, and energization of electrical/power equipment in accordance with company and local standardsProvide after-sales technical support, including troubleshooting, fault diagnosis, and corrective actions to ensure reliable equipment operationRespond promptly to customer issues and deliver effective technical solutions on-siteTrain and guide customers on equipment operation, routine maintenance, and safety practicesEnsure compliance with health & safety regulations and maintain tools and testing equipment in good conditionSupport multi-site projects and travel frequently within Spain and occasionally across EuropeRequirementsTechnical diploma or above in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related fieldMinimum 2 years of relevant experience in electrical systems, such as: substation commissioning or maintenance, industrial equipment installation or troubleshooting, field service or project coordinationBasic understanding of power systems, switchgear, transformers, or industrial electrical equipmentFluent in both Spanish and English (Must be able to communicate with colleagues and clients in the daily work)Willingness to work on-site and travel frequentlyStrong sense of responsibility, problem-solving mindset, and good communication skillsPreferred QualificationsExperience in substation projects or high/medium voltage equipmentKnowledge of European electrical standards (IEC, etc.)Previous experience working in an international or multicultural environment
