* Role: German Customer Support Specialist – Banking Sector

Contract Structure
* Initial 3-month temporary contract
* Permanent contract based on performance
Salary Package – Valencia
* €20,800 gross/year
* €1,200 annual performance bonus
What You Will Do
* Assist customers via phone, chat, and email
* Manage banking inquiries and front desk support issues
* Deliver clear and professional solutions
* Ensure high-quality customer experience
* Resolve incidents efficiently and accurately
* Support German‑speaking banking clients
Training & Working Hours
* Initial Training starts 18/05/2026 – 5 weeks: 09:00 – 15:00, gradually increasing up to 35h/week
* From Week 6 onwards: 39h/week full‑time schedule
Available Shifts (Valencia)
* Morning: 07:00 – 16:00
* Afternoon: 14:00 – 24:00
Candidate Profile
* Native German speaker (mandatory)
* Spanish level B2 or higher
* Strong communicator
* Enthusiasm for helping customers and solving problems
* Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment
* Availability from 18/05/2026
* Previous customer support experience (a plus)
Recruitment Process

* Final validation by German recruitment manager
