Technical Consultation Troubleshooting Support /pulliReceive and resolve technical inquiries and complex fault reports from all service dealers in the region. /liliProvide remote diagnostic support via telematics, video conferencing and technical documentation. /liliConduct on-site technical support for critical and high-complexity vehicle issues that cannot be resolved remotely. /liliEscalate unresolved technical issues to headquarters with detailed analysis and follow up until resolution. /liliMaintain a comprehensive database of resolved technical cases for future reference. /li /ulp2. Technical Information Management Dissemination /pulliReceive, review and translate Technical Service Bulletins (TSBs), repair instructions and software release notes from headquarters. /liliAdapt technical information to local market conditions and regulatory requirements. /liliDistribute updated technical documentation to all service dealers in a timely manner. /liliMaintain and update the regional technical knowledge base and digital repair library. /liliConduct regular technical information briefings for service center technicians and managers. /liliEnsure all service dealers have access to the latest technical resources and repair procedures. /li /ulp3. Repair Quality Control Continuous Improvement /pulliAnalyze regional repair data to identify recurring issues, repeat repairs and typical failure patterns. /liliConduct root cause analysis (RCA) for high-frequency and high-impact repair problems. /liliDevelop and implement corrective actions and improved repair procedures to reduce rework rates. /liliPerform regular quality audits of repair work at service dealers to ensure compliance with brand standards /liliMonitor key quality metrics including First Time Fix Rate (FTFR), repeat repair rate. /liliProvide feedback to headquarters on product quality issues and design improvement opportunities. /li /ulp4. Technical Training Competency Development /pulliCollaborate with the global and regional training teams to develop technical training programs and materials. /liliParticipate in the assessment of technician technical skills and competency levels across the network. /liliAssist in designing advanced training curricula for electric vehicle systems, high-voltage components and new model technologies. /liliDeliver technical training sessions, workshops and hands-on demonstrations for service dealers’ technicians. /liliEvaluate training effectiveness and provide recommendations for program improvement. /liliSupport the certification process for service technicians and ensure all staff maintain required qualifications. /li /ulpbr/ppWhat you will bring: /pulliBachelor's degree in Automotive Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or related technical field. /liliMinimum 3 years of hands-on experience in automotive after-sales technical support or service engineering. /liliStrong diagnostic skills and experience with modern vehicle electronic systems. /liliExcellent knowledge of electric vehicle (EV) architecture, high-voltage systems and battery technology. /liliProficiency in using diagnostic tools, vehicle programming software and technical information systems. /liliExcellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and local language (Spanish). /liliStrong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail. /liliWillingness to travel frequently within the region (up to 40% travel time). /li /ul
