Main Responsibilities In The Role
* Ensuring the involvement of each team member in the project and overcoming obstacles together
* Making the team autonomous, developing their creativity and cohesion
* Ensuring the well-being of each team member
* Being the protector and facilitator of the team
* Maintaining a good relationship with the Product Owner
* Promoting communication with all stakeholders
* Leading ceremonies: agile retrospectives, daily scrum, sprint planning, sprint reviews, etc.
Education and Experience
* At least one successful initial experience as a scrum master
* Good knowledge of different agile tools
* Scrum certification
* Professional English
