Omega CRM, a Merkle & Dentsu company, is a leader in Customer Experience services with over 20 years of experience in marketing technology and customer relationship management, focusing on innovation. We are seeking a Technical Lead to join our team.
Main Tasks:
* Provide technical support to sales and functional teams in assigned accounts, including solution design, estimation, and assumptions.
* Support the Project Manager/Delivery Manager with technical leadership, platform knowledge, and solution identification to meet project demands.
* Detect and notify risks related to project/client profitability.
* Ensure project progress aligns with scope, schedule, and costs, alerting managers to deviations.
* Ensure technical objectives and quality standards are met.
* Supervise effort estimations during testing phases.
* Assist in project demos and deliver technical documentation.
* Participate in training and mentoring technical team members.
* Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
* Suggest methodological improvements and contribute to Omega's community of practice.
Required Experience:
* At least 3 years of full lifecycle Salesforce.com implementation experience.
* Experience as a Salesforce developer across modules like Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud.
* Familiarity with agile methodologies.
* Proficiency in English.
