Service Overview:
The Campaign Management Specialist will work within the Campaign Automation team (HP Services Delivery Unit) to ensure the timely and high-quality delivery of digital marketing execution and enablement services for internal stakeholders worldwide. The role involves maintaining visibility of market campaign and customer journey plans, connecting these with execution and delivery across the Delivery Unit (DU), and acting as a subject matter expert in digital marketing to advise stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with market teams and other DU teams to ensure campaigns are built and executed according to global standards and customer plans.
Provide regular updates to Delivery Managers, Service Account Leads, and other relevant teams.
Review campaign dashboards and generate insights, such as quarterly reports.
Understand market needs and leverage DU services accordingly.
Maintain strong relationships with internal customers and DU service providers.
Ensure adherence to service processes and suggest improvements when necessary.
Requirements & Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration (preferably in Digital Marketing or Marketing Technology) or technical studies with business acumen.
Experience in project management, client management, or digital marketing consulting.
Experience coordinating multiple projects and stakeholders.
Ability to interpret and connect business and technical requirements.
Client management skills and experience in patient engagement or B2C marketing are preferred.
Familiarity with email, SMS channels, and Salesforce Marketing Cloud is a plus.
Self-motivated, detail-oriented, with excellent communication skills in English.
Strong time and project management skills.
